Adrian Dann was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in May 1982 after having trained for four years in a City of London firm. He then moved to a High Street Practice in Chadwell Heath near Romford in Essex, where he specialised in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Probate and assisted that Firm’s Criminal Department. Mr Dann was appointed a Partner in the firm in 1984.

He was invited to re-join Devonshires, the City Firm where he trained, in 1986 as an Associate, being appointed a Partner in the Firm in 1988. Devonshires specialised in Conveyancing and Property Law with specific reference to the Housing Association Sector.

Mr Dann is a member of the Solicitors Property Group and the Assopciation of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practicioners.

Mr Dann has moved to Southend in 1982 and has been resident within the Borough since then. In 1995 Mr Dann joined in Partnership with Mr Frank Bodiam under the style Bodiam Dann & Company and is now in practice on his own account under the style Adrian Dann & Company. He is married with four children.
